Upper Leather: Full Grain Leather
Colours: We are able to hand paint any colours that you wish for free. Please submit to us your colour sample.
For sizing: If you are not already a SIR shoes customer - we suggest that you choose the size that you would normally wear in a dress shoes. Our sizes are true to EU sizing. To convert your shoes size:

SHOES RETURN POLICY
Upon receiving your order, if it doesn't fit or you just like to return it, you have 15 calendar days from delivery date to return the items. We will not accept any return made once this period has expired.
Before proceeding with a return request the shoes must be brand new & in an unworn condition. (Scratched soles will not be accepted, so please try on the shoes in a non-scratch surface).
Please contact us through email at careteam@luxury-authority.com before you return the shoes.
If the item/s is being returned due to a manufacturing defect, Luxury Authority will have to inspect the item/s and determine if that is the case before processing any refund or ship a replacement item/s.
